A few days before we went for a short get-away to Niagara-On-The-Lake, Niagara Falls was in the news.
A car driven into the Niagara river, was hung up about 150m above the falls. A U.S. Coast Guard swimmer descending from a hovering helicopter pulled a woman from the car, sadly, the woman did not survive.
A tragic event.
